How long does the bouzouki player perform for?
This depends on your event and package. A typical live set runs for 1–2 hours, which can be split across the night — for example, 45 minutes during cocktail hour and a further 45 minutes during the reception dancing. We'll discuss the timing in your pre-event consultation and build it into your run sheet.
Can the bouzouki player perform alongside your DJ?
Yes — this is actually our most popular configuration for Greek weddings. The live bouzouki and DJ are coordinated from a single run sheet, so the transition between live and curated music is seamless. Do you cover all Greek dance styles?
Yes — our musicians are experienced across all traditional Greek dance forms including zebekiko, kalamatianos, hasapiko, tsifteteli, sirtos, and pentozali. We understand the emotional significance of each dance and how they fit into the arc of a Greek celebration.
Can you add other live musicians alongside the bouzouki?
Absolutely. We can arrange bouzouki with bongos, clarinet, or saxophone for a fuller live ensemble. This works particularly well for larger events where the live music needs to fill a bigger space, or for couples who want a more elaborate live music experience for certain parts of the night.
Do you perform at events outside of Sydney?
Yes — we cover the greater Sydney region and travel to regional NSW for events including the Southern Highlands, Wollongong, and Hunter Valley. Travel costs may apply depending on the location. Contact us to discuss your event and we'll confirm availability and any travel arrangements.
